Running the Bases
Recently, I had the pleasure of being a guest on Running the Bases with host Randy Rhode.

I shared my experience surrounding the launch of The Five Echelon Group, a little history of my time at Oracle Corporation, and how that experience motivated me to start my own consulting business.

We also talked about “reducing customer friction” and how to reduce the processes and policies of a company in order to truly provide an exceptional customer experience. We explore this concept and what any small business leader can do to improve the experience for their customers and grow their business.

It’s a thought-provoking show as we explore customer interactions, growth in marketing and creating a work-life balance in our new world of pandemic careers.
